If your carts were out for collection by 7 a.m. on your collection day but were not emptied by the end of the day, or to report a cart problem please call 303-444-2037, or complete the form below and send it to our Customer Service Department. If the call is received before 3 p.m., the carts will be emptied, repaired or replaced that day; otherwise the problem will be taken care of the following day.
